  We will accept exchanges and returns of undamaged within 14 days of the date of purchase (7 days during the sales period).

  Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
  Please allow 2-5 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

  Do you want to return an item?

  Here are how to do it:

  1. Fill in the lower part of the withdrawal form and notify us at yonatan@yohana.no no later than 14 days after receiving the item. tell us if you want to exchange the item, refund, or cancel the purchase.

  2. Send the package back to us, you can find the address at the top of the withdrawal form or on our website. note: if you choose to send the parcel without a tracking number, you have no rights if the parcel is lost. we strongly recommend that you send returns with a tracking number.

  3. The item must be in approximately the same condition and quantity as when you received it. remember to close the package/bag well with extra tape so that the goods are not damaged during shipping.

  Complaint

  Complaint rules: you must claim within a reasonable time if you discover errors or missing in the item. contact us by email or telephone and show your order number and describe the error or shortage. we will evaluate whether the error or omission covers the definition of a complaint in accordance with the purchase act and case law. if you want a new item, it will be sent at Yohana as online store’s expense. if you want your money back, you must notify us about this. you will get your money refunded within 5 days of we receiving the return item.

  Complaint – the consumer act of 2002. If the goods received are errors or defective, the buyer can exercise a number of remedies for defects (e.g. withholding the purchase amount, correction, re-delivery, price refusal, withdrawal and replacement) according to the purchase act, JF. KJL. §§30 FLG. However, this presumes that the buyer reacts within certain deadlines.

  Delivery Terms and Risk

  Yohana AS is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your item, which are due to errors or delays by the shipping supplier. All delivery times are guidelines, and deviations may occur. if your shipment is delayed or lost we will do our best to assist you so that it can be received as quickly as possible.

  If you have not received your order within 10 working days after it has been ordered, please contact yonatan@yohana.no. If, unlikely, you should not receive your goods, you will of course receive a refund of what you have paid.

  The risk of an item passes to the buyer when the right of withdrawal (14 days after receipt of the item) has expired. If the item has been damaged after the buyer has received it, the right of withdrawal still applies, unless the damage is due to negligence or a lack of care on the customer’s side.

  We recommend that you choose to keep the original packaging, as the item should be delivered in the original packaging in order for us to confirm the origin.
