When making a purchase, the necessary contact information such as first name, last name, address, postal address and postcode will be requested in order to complete a transaction. This is so we know exactly where to send the packages that are purchased. This is stored in the system to confirm that the customer has purchased the item, when it has been purchased and possibly when returning an item. Information about the customer can be exported at any time on demand. The information can also be removed from the online store’s register. But order information must be stored with us in relation to returns, right of withdrawal or otherwise. If possible, we can anonymise the information personal data if this is desirable for the customer.
We also use IP addresses, but this is only to collect data to count the number of visitors to the online store via Google Analytics, GA also registers which device is used when visiting the online store, as well as . IP addresses are also anonymized after the analysis of which medium the user uses and location.
We also ask if you would like to sign up for our newsletter. This information is only stored on an external database at Mailchimp and not here. When registering, we only need your name and email.
