Accepting These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of www.yohannaa.com (“Yohana”) and are designed to help explain some of the rules we operate under, by accessing, browsing ” Yohana” and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. The Term “This Website” refers to Yohana AS trading as www.yohannaa.com

Yohana is hosted, managed, and operated by Yohana AS (Registered in the Norway), Osterhausgate 5, 0183, Oslo; our e-mail address is info@yohana.no.
Yohana AS reserves the rights to amend and alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
You agree that it is your responsibility to check this Website regularly to determine whether the Terms and Conditions have been changed.
You agree not to hold liable Yohana AS or its third-party vendors for any delays in shipping and or failure to ‘fully satisfy’ or for any losses whatsoever arising there from.

Making your order

Yohana will generate a unique order reference number, each time you place an order with us.
All orders must be placed and paid for via “This Website” and cannot be verbally communicated. Any communication with you (the Customer), from Beauty Logistics Limited will be via your email address as supplied by you, please use your unique order reference number.
In the event that you do not receive a confirmation email after registering or placing your order, please contact us immediately. Beauty logistics Limited will not be responsible if you should fail to receive emails. However, please check your emails spam box before contacting us.
In the event of an issue with your order, you agree to allow Beauty Logistics Limited to contact you, via telephone or e-mail, and offer you alternative goods and/ or services.
The technical steps required, creating the contract between you and us, are as follows:
Select and place your product(s) in the “Shopping Basket”, select desired type of shipping service, successfully complete the online payment process, then press the ‘confirm’ button at the end of the checkout process. Once our bank has confirmed that your payment has been processed, we will then send you an email acknowledging your order with your order reference number and detailing the products you have ordered.
When your products are dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of any one of the following reasons:

  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
  • The product you ordered being unavailable for delivery to your selected delivery country.
  • Authorisation for your payment has failed.
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error.
  • Yohana AS reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual Customer.

Please note: If you are not satisfied with the item you have ordered, we offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee, provided the product has not been opened, used or damaged (further details can be found in the under Yohana returns policy). Exclusions may apply on personal care products, where for the protection of public health that product may not be returned exchanged or refunded for reasons of hygiene , additionally a product may not be exchanged or refunded for person hygiene reasons if the product seal has been broken or removed from its original packaging . Further details can be found under our return policy.

Order Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 72 hours of payment confirmation from our bank. However, we cannot guarantee the speed of processing of orders or be held accountable for couriers’ delays.

Payment

We accept payment in Kr.
For all payments we accept: Visa, MasterCard, and bank transfers.
Due to Data Protection, Yohana does not hold any credit card details. All payments are processed securely through payment gateways.

Returns Policy

All sales are final if a product has been used, opened, or altered: This applies to Wigs, Hair Extensions, Clippers and Cosmetic product sold or offered for sale through Yohana

If you are unsure about a product you have received, please inspect the product before you open or remove the product from its packaging.

Products purchased through Yohana are covered by our 14 days money back or exchange guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product or have simply changed your mind having inspected the goods, you must notify us by e-mail yonatan@yohana.no within 14 days of having received the goods. We will then allow an additional 14 days for the goods to be returned to our distribution centre at Yohana AS. Osterhausgate 5, 0183, Oslo. (Please note: Goods must be returned in resalable condition, unopened, unused or undamaged and delivered to our Osterhausgate 5, 0183, Oslo address within 14 days of notification of return. Please also note we do not provide packaging, labels or postage for returned items).

Please note: you may be asked to cover the cost of postage or shipping when returning the goods to us.

For a product (s) to qualify for a refund or exchange, the product(s) must be unopened and in a resalable condition. If the outer packaging or the seal (if any) of the product is damaged, we will not be able to issue a refund and the sale will be deemed as final. Please include a brief cover letter with your returned package including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).

Please note: For reasons of hygiene and personal and public health and safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used, altered or styled. This includes Wigs, Hair Extensions, Clippers and other personal care items.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Right To Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier or indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, Yohana AS, Osterhausgate 5, 0183, Oslo, Tel: +47 21 39 21 75 Email: support@yohana.no of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the 14 day cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation:

If you cancel this contract, we would happily reimburse you the value off goods once the goods are returned to us and the goods are in resalable condition including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied

(b) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Exclusions to the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not exist for the following contracts:

(i) Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

(ii) Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

(iii) Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to the protection of health or hygiene reasons and that were unsealed after delivery.

Order Cancellation:

Subject to your Statutory Consumer rights; we are only able to cancel and refund orders which have been returned to us in a resalable condition. In some cases an order can be cancelled if it has not already been dispatched.

If by chance you realise you have made a mistake when ordering, please contact us as soon as you can via email at yonatan@yohana.no (with the word “Cancel” present in the subject line), or in office hours by calling +47 21 39 21 75.

We will only refund to the original payment method you used to place the order and provide you with our returns address so you can return the goods to us at your expense. Please return the goods within 14 days.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Item Received

We will always do our best to ensure that your products arrive correctly and in perfect condition. However, occasionally mistakes do occur, or items are damaged in transit. Please check your product on receipt and report any issues to us as soon as possible.

The sooner we are notified the easier and quicker it will be to resolve the issue for you.

Where products received are of poor quality, incorrect, faulty or damaged, the following applies:
Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, we will offer you a full refund (once the goods have been returned to our office), including any postage you paid or if you prefer and the product is still available, a replacement will be sent.

Dispute Resolution

We DO NOT intend to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a dispute resolution body and suggest that you contact our customer service team to discuss any potential disputes.

Personal Information and Privacy

Yohana takes the protection of our customers personal data seriously. We will treat all your personal information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation in place. You should be aware that this site is being monitored and may capture information about your visit that will help us improve the quality of our service.

We confirm that any personal information which you provide to us and any User Information from which we can identify you, is held in accordance with the registration we have with the Data Commissioner’s Office.

We use your information only for the following purposes:

Processing your orders: For statistical or survey purposes to improve this Website and its services to you; to serve Website content, to administer this Website, and where you have given consent, to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.

You have the right to ask us to give you a statement about the personal data we process about you, to rectify your data, or to delete your information, to withdraw your consent given for processing of personal data, or to remove you from our mailing lists.

Security and Privacy

Yohana AS respects your privacy and only collects the information necessary to facilitate the delivery of our products to our customers. All information is kept confidential and secured. We may periodically send emails to our Customers informing them of updates to our services, to opt out of receiving information from us please log into your www.yohannaa.com account and select “opt out”.

Yohana has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Certain areas of our site use industry standard SSL to encrypt sensitive data, such as your billing address details. We record IP address of persons submitting orders to aid fraud prevention and will disclose any information necessary to fully co-operate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected lawbreakers.

Yohana collects Contact and Delivery information (e.g. name, billing address, delivery address and email address) The Customer’s Contact and Delivery information is used to get in touch with the Customer when necessary and to supply products as ordered. For added security all payment pages are hosted and processed by Secure Payment Services which means that we don’t hold records of Customers credit card details. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. This Website utilises cookies to enable our systems to recognise your browser and to provide personalised features.

Once you cancel your account you will no longer be able to shop online or receive e-mails from us. You can re-register at a later date using the same email address, however any historic order information will not be available to view. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should notify us by contacting our Customer Service Team immediately by email: info@yohana.no

Promotional Voucher Codes & Gifts

From time to time we may make promotional Voucher Codes available for discounts, prize draws or free gifts. Please be aware that certain Vouchers may be applied automatically during checkout according to the basket criteria that you have fulfilled, in order to offer you further automatic discounts or gifts with your order. Voucher Codes remain valid for the durations stated in our promotional materials at the sole discretion of “this Website” and may be discontinued at any time without prior notice. Customers may only redeem either one Voucher Code, or a single promotional gift, per order.

Promotional codes remain the property of Yohana AS and are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form without prior consent from ourselves.
We reserve the right to remove promotional codes at any time and without warning.

We reserve the right to withdraw any offers at any time.

Free Gifts:

Free gifts are offered subject to stock availability and on a first come first served basis. Yohana AS will always seek to ensure a reasonable stock of any free item is available before running a free gift promotion. If your free gift is no longer available, we will make every effort to inform you as soon as possible either during checkout, or by email.
