Order & Return
ORDER
You see which variations and colours are remaining of a product on each product page. Once your order has been registered, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have questions regarding your order, you can contact yonatan@yohana.no, remember to mark the email with order number and subject.
We reserve that the inventory in the online store may contain errors. Should you, unlikely, experience that we are out of sale for one or more products in your order, of course you will not be charged for the item(s) that cannot be delivered.
If you want to cancel an order/item, you must contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. If the item has already been sent, you must make use of the right of withdrawal.
Expected delivery time is 3-5 days.
Order Status
To see pending and/or previously completed orders, log in to “my account”. Here you will find an overview of pending and previous orders. On “my account” you can also edit and update contact information such as name, address and similar.

RETURN
We will accept exchanges and returns of undamaged within 14 days of the date of purchase (7 days during the sales period).
Returns in store FREE
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Please allow 2-5 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
Do you want to return an item?
Here are how to do it:
1. Fill in the lower part of the withdrawal form and notify us at yonatan@yohana.no no later than 14 days after receiving the item. tell us if you want to exchange the item, refund, or cancel the purchase.
2. Send the package back to us, you can find the address at the top of the withdrawal form or on our website. note: if you choose to send the parcel without a tracking number, you have no rights if the parcel is lost. we strongly recommend that you send returns with a tracking number.
3. The item must be in approximately the same condition and quantity as when you received it. remember to close the package/bag well with extra tape so that the goods are not damaged during shipping.
