SHOPPING INFORMATION

Yes, you have to register on our web site to place an order. Or you can make a purchase as a Guest.
When the item is in stock, it is displayed as “In stock”.
If the item is not in stock, it will be marked as “out of stock” and you will not be able to add it to the shopping cart.
If the item is not in stock, but can be ordered on request, you will be able to order it and be informed that it is on backorder.
If you want an item that is not in stock, you can contact us at support@yohana.no. We cannot guarantee that we will have the item back in stock, but we will do our best to accommodate your request, including ordering it from our partners if possible. Your inquiries help us to evaluate the demand and possibly get the item back in stock.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Yes, it is very secure which handles all the transactions and payments of orders made on our web site. As soon as the customer selects items to buy, the site automatically redirects to the secure payment gateway.
We accept payment from all valid Debit/Credit cards, besides the American express card.
Upon completing the checkout process, the payment will be taken instantly once you placed any order.
If you don’t like the product and want to replace it, you can post it back to us by paying the shipping of both directions. Also if there will be any price difference between the two products, it will be settled as well. If you don’t like the product and want a refund, you can post it back to us and we shall give you a full refund of that product as soon as we receive it. We may re-evaluate the product before taking it back and offer you different amount than you actually paid for it depending on the condition of the product.
When you add an item to the shopping cart, the item is automatically added.
- Go to the shopping cart icon at the top right and click on it.
- Then click on “Checkout” to proceed to checkout.
- Fill in your address and select an available payment method. Make sure that all fields are filled in and that the desired items are added.
- Complete the purchase by pressing the “Finish” button at the bottom right.
VAT invoice means that VAT is added to the first receipt you receive upon purchase. VAT is shown on the receipt, and the order confirmation/receipt therefore functions as an independent VAT invoice.
